Yes, in most cases within our coverage areas, after a short assessment by phone.
How do you choose the nurse?
Every team member is licensed by the Ministry of Health and goes through an interview, a practical assessment and training on Scrub Men protocols before their first visit. (Sample answer, to be reviewed by the centre)
Are prices fixed, or do they depend on the case?
Single visits have a fixed price. Nursing and equipment come in daily or monthly packages, set after the free assessment and sent to you in writing before care begins. (Sample answer)
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash at the visit, by bank transfer, or with InstaPay and mobile wallets. Nursing and equipment packages are paid in advance for each period, as set out in your written quote. (Sample answer)
Do you accept insurance?
For now, payment is made directly, in cash or by transfer, and we issue detailed reports and invoices you can use to claim the cost back from your insurance company. (Sample answer)
Is the nurse supervised by a doctor?
Yes. Every patient has a supervising doctor who sets the care plan, reviews it regularly and steps in whenever the patient's condition changes.
How do I book a doctor home visit?
Message us on WhatsApp or call us at any time, and a doctor will be with you within hours, around the clock for urgent cases. The doctor examines the patient, makes a diagnosis, writes a prescription and orders home lab tests or imaging if needed. In a life-threatening emergency, call an ambulance on 123 first.
Do you provide medical equipment for the home?
Yes. We rent out hospital beds, patient monitors, oxygen and other equipment by the day or month, with delivery, installation and a demonstration for the family. In most cases your home can be set up on the day you order. (Sample answer)
Which areas do you cover?
We currently cover Dokki, Nasr City, New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement, and the team usually arrives within 30 to 45 minutes. If you live outside these areas, contact us and we will tell you what is possible and what it costs.
